Order Cancellation

How can I cancel an order?

You may examine the goods and total amount in your shopping basket before placing your order. Your order cannot be changed once it has been placed. Most orders can be canceled up to an hour after they are placed if you wish to do so. email contact@hamegostore.com

I canceled my order, however I'm not sure if it was processed. Can you confirm that it was canceled?

If you used the link in your order confirmation email to cancel your order, you will receive another email after the order has been successfully canceled. If you haven't received a cancellation confirmation email, please contact us at contact@hamegostore.com  (including your original #GLO order number) and we'll check into it! 

Can I reschedule my order after I unintentionally canceled it?

If you canceled your order on the site and still want to get it, the best method to do so is to place a new order at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact us at Contact@hamegostore.com 

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order contains a gift card, please email Contact@hamegostore.com as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancel/change request) and we can help.
