RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I place a return or REFUND?
We're only accepting returns for items that are potentially defective or have a material or manufacturing fault. To be eligible, your item(s) must have been purchased from hamegostore.com
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry hamegostore.com packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to email@example.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
- Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, colour or size.
Oops! You may have made a mistake somewhere along the way. If any of these apply, it is your responsibility to resolve the situation, and we regret that we will be unable to refund your purchase. As an example:
- Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
What’s your return policy?
If you believe an issue occurred as a result of an error on our site, please accept our sincere apologies! We place the value and importance on your pleasure! We are happy to repair or exchange any items on which we fell short. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the order's receipt.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchange Request Instructions
Please follow these instructions for Return Request:
1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to support Email.
Please include the following: - The photo(s) - A specific description of the issue - The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be handled immediately, and a credit will be credited to your credit card (or original mode of payment) within a few days, depending on your bank.
Credit card refunds often appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
PayPal: Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account immediately.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the hamegostore.com you ordered!
What’s your return process?
Yes within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Pack the items safely in a box.
- Attach the mailing label on the address side of the parcel, covering up any prior delivery address and barcode but not overlapping any adjacent sides.
- Use the provided address and affix the required postage.
- Ship your parcel from the post office or shipping business of your choice.
Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via email@example.com the return policy is applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.
